Ramadan is a month of mercy, generosity, and drawing closer to Allah ﷻ. Each evening, as the sun sets and the call to Maghrib is heard, our orphan students gather together to break their fast.
Through our Iftar for Orphans project, SB Orphanage Trust provides simple, wholesome evening meals for the children under our care in Bangladesh, allowing them to end their fast in comfort and dignity.
For our students, Iftar is more than just a meal. It is a moment of relief after a long day of fasting, a time of gratitude, and a gathering filled with brotherhood and remembrance of Allah. Sitting together to break their fast strengthens their sense of belonging and reminds them that they are supported and remembered.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
Whoever gives Iftar to a fasting person will have a reward like his, without it detracting from the reward of the fasting person in the slightest.
By supporting this project, you share in the reward of every fast they complete and every duʿāʾ they make at the time of Iftar.
Your contribution helps ensure that our orphan students experience Ramadan with peace, care, and joy.
Donate now to provide Iftar for our orphan students and share in the blessings of this sacred month.
